Company/Individual reported: calvary i have already paid off my sprint bill and its been over a year and its still showing on my credit report in the amount of $314.00

Hi. I am trying to find the list that someone posted here a few months ago with a list of banks that do not use Teletrack. My daughter had her account closed for too many NSFs and still has a negative balance at a CU, but its because she lost her job and PDLS kept hitting her account... but thats another story. She was out of a job for 4 months an now finally got a job and needs a bank to make her direct deposits. We live in Florida. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

i currently have three credit cards. 2 of the cards exceeded the limit and the other is near the credit limit. combined i am roughly $2,500 in debt. im looking to consolidate them to make it more reasonable to manage my debt possibly omit over charges and lower my interest rate.

has anyone heard of the law offices of timothy m. sullivan. they sent me a letter with some trumped up charges on it. the original credit card company said i owe 198.00 but these people want me to pay them 890.65 this is crazy. they say they are going to charge me 19.92% interest. i have sent a letter to them but just wondering if anyone knew of this place.

I have a number of credit cards that hasn't been paid in two years. I have a student loan that has been in forebarance fro two years.

Do collection agencies look at credit scores before they sue debtors? Do they make a decision to sue according to the credit score?

Hello, I need more help. the Internet PDL's I have outstanding are trying my mental state. I am about to crack. I live in FLorida. I have paid the following: Geneva ROth cap initial loan 300- paid 540.00 so far whistler holding initial loan 300- paid 540.00 impact cash- 300 initial- paid 540.00 b&l marketing 300 loan- paid 540.00 I have paid others off with an payment arrangement before I found this website. Any ideas if I have already paid them in full?? How could I notify them?? I am so greatful for this website and everyone involved. What a relief on my mind.

I received a letter today from one of the pdls that I sent a letter requesting a pif status quoting the laws of the state and everything. Basically the letter states that I have 5 days to pay or they will turn it over for legal action. The letter is from payday online. I live in DE and the company has rolled over the loan a total of 11 times w/o any amt going to principal. Delaware state laws say that a loan can only be rolled over 4 times. I borrowed a total of $500 paid $1050 in fees and now they are saying I still owe $830 ($30 for the NSF). I don't know what to do.

I have a PDL that has already been sent to PD Recovery for collections. I am pretty sure they are not licensed in FLorida. They are saying I still owe them $300.00, but I know for a fact I have overpaid them since Florida does not allow rollovers. Is it too late to try to get them to mark my account paid in full?? If anything, I probably owe them $30.00, but I am pretty sure I have over paid them.
