Does this program help you pay groups of pay day loans in one monthly lump sum

Hi I took out a loan with ELoan and could not pay it back, which I feel awful about:( I did pay the 90.00 on it from january-march I just could not pay it anymore. My husband closed the account, and now some company who will not give us their name has called my family, friends, ec, and tolld all of them I was going to jail for fraud, if I did not pay this by 4:00 that was on wens.

I've been doing alot of reading on here about IPDL's and what the legal status' are in various states. I've noticed on some postings that they say there are some states that have "loopholes" in the laws there that allow these companies in through the back door (so to speak). Does anyone know what states have these "loopholes"? I believe that could be of some use to someone when writing a settlement letter or for that matter anything dealing with a IPDL. And if someone lived in one of the states what are their opitions to try to resolve their PDL problems?

I dont know how much debt I have...my car is about 20000 and I have 3000 in credit card debt. I dont know how my credit is, and I am trying to get a new apartment w/furniture, a tv, etc. i am trying to clear up everything before I move to my new place. I just got a raise at work, Im making decent money now, but i still cant finance furniture for some reason.

Okay I've been doing some heavy duty reading on this forum......which turely has been a God send :) And want to tell everyone thank you 4 your advice... But I have another question...... according to some reading I've been doin am I understanding correctly that in the state of Arkansas - Springdale it doesnt matter whether the companies are licensed or not......its if they are registered with the secretary of state...does anyone know if thats true? Again I'm dealing six PDl companies.....B&L Marketing, SJM, Midland Marketing, The Loan Shop, MTE and Cash Direct Express.

I just had One Click Cash ( MTE Financial) present a check to my bank for $545 but it was returned for nf . I called the bank to find out who had presented a check for that amount as I had no checks written for that amount and they told me who they were when I questioned them regarding the revocation of their ach theis answer was that since it was presented as a check #09718 they could no use the revocation they have on file, so now they are trying to collect more than they were owe (they owed me a refund when I revoke their achs)by presenting this bogus checks has anyone had this experience?

I tried this once before with little response, but I think there are more of us here now, Would any one be interested in arranging a DCC get-together in the NE Illinois ( OK, Chicago land ) Area? Maybe western burbs (Naperville, Woodridge area? Please reply to this post, and maybe we can see how many we can get on board.

Here is another example that the online PDLs DO have to follow laws of the state they do business in... The IL Dept of Financial Institutions has just fined Global Payday Loan (DBA Payday-Loans-Yes.com) $230K for violating Illinois PDL laws.
