Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could calculate how much I legally owe on a $500 pdl from Cashnet USA. I took it out on 4/10 and have since paid $385 so far. I'm in FL. It's not due until the 1st but I'm going to have to set up payment options w/ them , I had to close my bank account due to other fraudulent pdl's taking out money (see previous posts under jennyr & destinysjenny)..Thank you and hope everyone has a wonderful Friday & a stress-free weekend :lol:

i have an account for 1000 dollars and some odd cents that has been charged off and sent to collections, what are the chances i will be sued for oweing this money if i cant pay it, because ia garnishment would hurt my ability to pay my other living expenses

i have a question about charged off accounts. is it true that if an account is charged off it can not be an open account. i read somewhere that if a charge off account is on your credit report showing as open it can be disputed due to the fact that charge offs are just that and not open accounts. i have 2 on my reports and they both say open.

i sent out a few vod letters and received no response so i sent the following letter To Whom It May Concern: I do not want your business. If you feel the need to force me to do business with you then please provide documentation that makes you entitled to force me to do business with you.(i.e. a written agreement between us). Otherwise return this account to whoever ask you to invite me to pay whatever it is you are collecting. so far i have received three deletions from my credit report.

I was a young teen at age 18, I bought a phone. I let the bill exceed $500. I forgot about it when I was deployed to Korea and it exceeded to $900. I just need a loan so I can pay it back at a limit I can afford. Please help me. PFC Williams, Ammon K.

I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable long weekend!! You won't see me here for a couple of days. I am heading up to our cabin. Hubby, son and I are going to put up a deck on our cabin (daughters lucky, she has to work this weekend so she doesn't have to help lol) We won't even be bringing the boat up with us because of this stupid deck :cry: I really wanted to go fishing :cry: But maybe next time we go we can.
