I have several debts in England, from when I was a student there. (I'm a US citizen, and I'm now back in the States working.) One of them is long-overdue (AMEX), and I've been contacted by a debt recovery service ("S.R.J. Debt Recoveries"). Apparently, while the amount I owe is 1900. pounds, there's a "full and final settlement offer" on the account of 1400. pounds. I spoke with someone on the phone last week, and she was fairly pleasant (unusual, I know). She said if I pay 40. pounds by the end of the month, and if I pay off the 1400. pounds by the end of July, that'd be it.

Can anyone recommend a debt consolidation company??

I am currently disputing a payday loan agreement (Gross Overpayment on loan). Per NC statute, the loan is null and void simply because they are not licensed to do business in NC, but I wanted some advice on the contract, because I never physically signed the document, only typed my name (which anyone could do). Can they hold me to this so-called electronic signature even though the contract may be deemed null and void? Help!

I recived a phone call from Fran Porter at work telling me she is going to call the police on me and that I better start looking for a Attorney... she called me on Monday...then today she emails me this below, but it doesnt even have the correct amount and I remembr paying this off... What's up with this company they lie so much!!!!I need some help who to believe

I have consolidated all of my payday loan debt, closed my bank account which they were with, and I have sent my letters. I keep getting calls from only two, CashSupply and CashNetUSA. These letters were signed by certified mail, as they accepted them. I filed compliants with the BBB for both of them. Since I filed the report on CashSupply, they haven't called. But, I guess they still could. CashNetUSA, says that they will continue to call until they get the proposal from my debt consolidation. Did I do the right thing?

Does anybody know which CA this is? On my caller id it just says 1-000-000-000. The above 800 number is the number they left to call back. When I call back it just says please wait for the next available agent.

I have a car loan close to 15,000, a personal loan for 7,000 and credit cards 5,000 am I able to get all of them combined together??

I have so far paid/had marked paid in full 4 of my payday loans. I have 5 more to go. I am battling Paycheck Today. I have sent a complaint to the BBB, which the company never responded to, so my complaint was closed, and I have also filed a complaint with my state office of financial regulation. Nothing yet.
