Ok, as you guys know both of these companies are on my credit report for the same Chase account. Both companies are 1, and have the same address. I settled with CACH LLC, before I knew all the bad stuff they could do. Anyways they said they would send out a letter of payment in full, mind you this was back on 5-4-07. No letter has been received. On my credit report both companies are still there, the CACH LLC says it's paid and closed.

Well, it's time to share the diagnosis from the doctor today. I wish I had better news to report but I know it could be a lot worse. I'm in the early stages of breast cancer. Yes, it was caught early and my doctor seemed very optimistic. They have scheduled an appointment with an oncologist in two weeks and I go from there. I've had my cry about this and it's time to accept it. My family really rallied around me today. I'm really not shocked but I wish it wasn't cancer.

In regards to repossession of an automobile while serving active duty marine corps...Can this be done?

Can I send another "Cease and Desist" letters to my pdls, and if so, will I be flooded with even more harassing calls from them? I have them with a debt management plan (hopefully, that company is paying my pdls, but I'll have to make sure of that tomorrow), and I have sent cease and desist letters to the pdls twice before, but they just keep calling anyways. Do these pdls ever give up? Misty

Has anyone here who is using T&C's debt management program receiving calls from your creditors stating that T&C has never sent them proposal letters nor any payments?

I'm trying to help out my sister with a CA and the first place I thought about to find help was here. So here goes and hoping I remember to ask everything I'm hoping to get help on. Like myself she had taken out an IPDL which went into default. She's going through paperwork to find out how much she has paid them thus far and admits to still owing something on the loan, but they have turned it over to a CA. My first question is this, if the CA is located in one state and she resides in another can they sue her in her home state? (I have done a look-up to see if they are lic.

I have gotten several, 7 to be exact, and i can not find the numbers to call them and work out some type of payment arrangement. i have already closed my checking accuont that they depostied them into. i am about to freak out. i opened up a new account and had my direct deposit placed into my new account. is there any way that they can get ahold of my new account? please help!

Has anyone had any luck with getting refunds from either of these companies?? I have paid them in full plus alot extra and i have been hounding them for a refund and get nowhere..just wondering if there is any hope!!!
