I didnt have my goals set in life and i wasted it away. i used drugs for 4 years and have fully recovered now for 2 months. now that i am trying to do something in life. i cant even make enough to pay rent and my bills in the same time.

I had a life full of debt easily payable at the time my husband had a great job so it was all good, we have two young boys together, What I did not know was he had a major drug habit forming in which he was getting loans for and caused him losing the good job he had and the next one to. now he is in Florida with his mother no job (so i dont get any kind of support either) and I am tring really hard not just let go. :roll:

I do not have many (1 or 2) pdl's. But I do have alot of small limit cc's. I hope between the consultation and the forums I will be able to reduce my non-secure debt. As others have said I thank GOD for finding this site. I will post updates as they occur while I work through my situation.

Hi! I am new to this board, but I'm looking forward to looking over the information here. My question is in regard to debt consolidation. We have been with Consumer credit counseling Service for almost four years now, and we are FINALLY starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are VERY close to having our first debts paid off, and I expect to be completely finished by next year. My question has to do with our credit rating. I know that dealing with some debt management companies can give give you a negative rating on your credit report.

Last summer I worked for a daycare who was in business for 4 months. They went out of business and it is past April 15th and we haven't received our W2s yet. What should we do? I have sent them numerous letters. The husband of the owner would talk to me after some of my letters were read but now they don't even respond. He told me that we would have them by April 15th especially since we didn't have them by January 31st. Once he told us that he and his wife owed the payroll company they were using and the company wouldn't release the W2s until they paid what they owed.

When I signed up through this site, I was directed to contact Superior Debt Services. I REALLY want to pay off and live up to my obligations, but there is NO WAY in hell I can live up to them with my current payments and interest rates. I am only behind on 2 credit cards and not even the whole month, but I am starting to feel the pain! I can only borrow from Peter to pay Paul for so long. Wow!! Graduation day for the teenager is only two and a half weeks away!! I still remember taking her to her kindergarten registration, where she was told that she had to know her address before she could go to kindergarten. She had practiced for three weeks beforehand and when the big moment came, she got her street address right, but when it came to her city, she called it ___fornia... (we live in California). Her face fell and she said Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! Needless to say, she still got in!!

pls send me the name of the company that consolidates payday loans. I'm desparate. Is it better to consolidate or close the bank acct? I'd rather pay them off. thanks
