I needed to take out a few online payday advances to help catch my mortgage up. Becuae I took them out at the same time, they all strated coming out at the same time and I have fallen behind on the payments. Today, 5-22-07 I received a phone call from 800-731-7730 telling me that I had to pay x amount within 30 minutes or a sherrif woulf be at my place of employment to serve me with papers. I was freakin out and was being a distraction to my fellow colleagues. What can I do to stop this? I know I need to pay the loan, but I do not know which company it is from.

Just noticed that a ex-creditor of mine has been peeking at my report and I no longer have an account with them and have a 7 year opt-out notice in place already! Well my golden rule is if you peek,you pay.Non-permissible pull is a $1000 damages that they would owe me! Now I gotta dig my legal stuff up so I can get my Intent to Sue letter put together. :mrgreen:

I have this really mean lawyer calling me for a $410.00 past due medical bill. He won't even work with payments. He told me that tomorrow he was going to bring this to court and order a judgement on this. Can he do this? Please help!!!

I just cant get to seem to get them paid off. EVerytime I get it down they come up with some new fees to put on me. My paypal credit card--same story with them. My CapitalOne is awesome! I would love to be able to keep that one. HSBC CS and Collectors are very rude!

:Cry:to whom it may concern i held an aspire visa card and when there apeared fraud charges or unauthorized charges on the card i notified the fraqud department of this company. They assured me they would adjust the charges they never did. I paid the bill with the thought i'd show a credit of the fraudlent charges, they not only didn;t adjust the charges, they held the payment and charges me for three additional days charges. The currently owe me the money and continued to bill me. I have not problem paying for my charges, but i refuse to pay anything that isn;t mine.

I am currently without a job and in the middle of a divorce. I am not going to be able to pay my bills in a few weeks. I need some advice. I live in North Carolina.

discovered a 700 w/drawal from a company that has been closed and wanted my bank account info. I refused to provide it and told him to confirm it (he claimed to have it), he wouldn't. I asked him how the company way, what company employed him, when it was done, - ect. I suspect it might be a scam by a payday loan company. I FINALLY unburied myself with the payday loan sharks and don't want to go back. Has anyone heard of such a thing? I asked for phone number and was given a 1-800-923-8496 (which is not assigned per the recording).

I am very young with poor credit, want to get it stright before it gets worst.
