is national processing group and national credit adjuster are the same company?

In June of this year (2012), my spouse and I applied for payday loan online. (*learned my lesson the hard way*). Numerous companies posted to our account that we did not authorize. Since the monies were taken out from one to pay the other and so on we started speaking to the lenders and settled what we thought were all of the loans. During this time I also closed my checking account. I advised BOA of this and brought acct. to 0.00 balance. They stated to me that the account had to be held open for 30 days in case any more debits hit the account.

Hi I am Virginia R I bank with Regions Bank here in Batesville, Mississippi 38606. I recently took out a loans from Star cash, and now money is just disappearing from my account. I cleared my overdraft just not to long ago, and when I'd went back to the bank, and also received my bank statement in the mail.

I did have a service from verizon as a bundel for tv,phone and internet , I canceled the tv. and then the phone because I didn,t have enough money to continue with it. Then they wanted to much money for the internet so I cancled that also. My account was paid up to date ,but they said I was breaking a contract I had with them for two years , I dont know about that ?? butI cant keep something I cant afford to pay for ....they are trying to make me pay $181.00 for breaking a contract. I told them to take me to court ??? can you advise. Thank you . RTHammond

I know we recommend to members all the time to set up prepaid debit cards to pay off lenders... but which ones? I've gotten a bunch of PMs from people asking which one to get and frankly I am sort of clueless as I have never used one in my life, I just know a bit about them. There's the chase liquid which has no ATM fee at Chase and a 4.95 monthly fee, then there's the Amex prepaid card AND the Amex Serve...

I have a payday loan out with PAYDAY1? and i called to make an arrangement to pay it, i borrowed 100$ and my payback was 125$. The lady was very rude with me and said if I cant pay in full then she cant help me, and then put me on hold then said that my account had been sold. What does that mean? I have been getting phone calls from someone threatening to go to my employer, and also saying he has charges pulled up on my social security number..He was very mean and he was wishing terrible things to happen to me leagally on my voicemail, Is this even legal? What do i do?

I have a judgment in GA from Palisades Collection, but I reside in TX now, and the original debt came from living in TX can they sue me for the amount. Also the amount there saying I owe is incorrect. How do I handle the judgment
