Okay, I thought we had everything wrapped up. I opened up a new checking account and was going to close the old one after any checks went through before Friday the 25th. My husband called his payroll department to stop his direct deposit into the old account and they told him it would take 2-4 weeks. They told him if the account was closed it could take up to a week to get his paycheck. So now we have to keep the old account open to receive his direct deposit.

Hi, I know I haven't been around much but I've decided to post this anyway. I guess I could use all the prayers I can get right now. I went to the doctor this week after a self breast exam. I found a lump and it is currently in the process of being biopsied now. I don't have any results yet but next week. There is a possibility it could be nothing. There is also the possibility that it could be breast cancer. I've really been struggling this week because of going through the cancer process with my mom last year/earlier this year. She was right there with me at the doctor's office.

I received a call today from The offices of Meredith Lawson and she said that my bank, Freedom National, and Arrowhead Investments has filed an order against for non payment of a pdl. I closed my account because I didn't do a pdl with arrowhead investment and they took $90.00 out of my account and I put in a dispute with my bank and they couldn't find any info on them and the payday company that I took the loan out with took out their $60.00, and I only had one loan.

i never knowingly signed for this everprivate card, and now they are trying to deduct my money,which i don't have, i tried for a loan and they got my checking account info. now i am facing overdraft charges,what can i do?

Does anyone on this forum have experience dealing with Pionner Credit Recovery, Inc? Their website states they are owned 100% by Sallie Mae and have collection contracts with several federal agencies including the DOE. They have begun to harrass me at work with continual calls and threats re wage garnishment. I just mailed them a certified letter telling them to stop calling me at work since it directly effects me in an adverse and personal way. Any advise on how to deal with Pioneer's creepy agents?
