I got invovled with pay days loans and now I can't get them paid off Iam from Pennsylvania.....when I get paid I don't have any money left over to pay any of my other bills I now have no gas for heat or to cook with or anything due to these pay day loans can some please help me...Glenda

Of course when I called the number it said they are only open Monday - Friday, but I do not recognize anything. I never received a payday loan from this company or any other loan. I do have two outstanding payday loans with two very different companies that we have spoken to, but those loans are currently being paid on, and I'm familiar with the transactions.

I looked up the SOL in Texas and it said 4 years. Is this correct? I have 2 credit card debts Asset Acceptance is trying to collect from me. Last payment on the debts was in May 2000. Should I send them a verification letter?

I had some financial issues late last year and took out 2 payday loans to cover them. Well, every payday I had to take out a couple more to cover those and my bills. I ended up with 9 loans. Worst mistake ever. Anyway, I finally closed my checking account after paying ameriloan $950 on a $300 loan, one click cash got $830 on a $300 loan and more companies did basically the same. I had closed my account and still owed AIP the principal plus ONE fee of $89. I called them to tell them that I would send a money order in the amount of $289 to them the next day.

so, I received my loan papers on may 8th, I still haen'treceived the $300.00 I was told I would receive onmay 9th, 2007. it is now may 12th. this is a bullshit site, just like all the others

Hi Signatures play a very important role or work as a word of mouth. If you have something very informative to say, it's better to attach it as a signature and let everyone read you without writing it multiple times. But sometimes, I have seen a few here marketing their websites, eg.. Links to their website on "get payday loan" or "get your credit repaired" and stuff like that. What do you say? Should these links stay as a signature? I am looking for some opinions in general before putting anything as a TOS. Also, let me know any other suggestions if you have in mind. :) Regards Vikas
