Company/Individual reported: World Finance Corp. of Texas I am had an account with this company, World Finance Corp., off and on for over 10 years. About three months ago I was hospitalized twice and had NSF. I phoned to apologize and pay the extra charge. When I got my bank statement, there were two debit drafts for 20.00 each with the statement of "preauthorized debit action." I did not either authorize or preauthorize these charges. Can they do this? I feel raped by this action and need to what if anything I can do.

Hi hun....my kids are gone...so I am free tonight. Right now I am working on an avatar for someone else...but, as soon as I am done with that....I will take my CD'S and concert them over to MP3's and when and if you get on tonight I will do your music! I have reviewed the Fair Credit Reporting Act--but I am still a bit confused-- A collection agency has reviewed by credit report twice this year--once in February, and again in April. Their inquiry is placed on the section that is viewable to everyone that accesses my report--not the section where I am the only one who sees it (i.e. pre-approved offers). Is this legal?

Does anyone have a fax number for them? I have emailed them several times about trying to get a refund from them (I have overpaid by $162.50). I havent received a response from them yet. Just a courtesy call about my "payment coming due".
