the collection agency i am dealing with will only report "settled in full, zero balance: to the credit bureau, they will not remove the chargeoff or the collection action, is it even worth paying off?

Anyway I just returned to my desk at work and my area secretary gave me a message and described the call to me as follows: The Message was: Call Mr.Williams 1-404-592-0233 Then he said that the man seemed sorta rude. When he answeared the phone the gentleman said "Gary Fish please" to which the secratary said that I was off in a meeting and asked to take a message and return number (Listed above).

I need to conslidate my debt

I have been trying to work with these people on a payment plan. I owe them 383.00 on a 250.00 loan. I paid 62.50 for 3 months before I defaulted. I offered to pay them 50.00 a month until it is paid off. I just go an email saying that is not acceptable. I can go ahead and send it, but collection procedures will continue. I am trying to work with them, but that is all I can afford right now. Does anyone know exactly what they mean by collection procedures? They are licensed in my state, but I am trying to work with them.

The Kayden Group is a marketing firm that was terminated by CCDN over a month ago. The Kayden Group has now set up marketing for "The Campos Chartered Law firm" which is affiliated with Laura Hess and Hess Kennedy. I market for the CCDN and know that "The Kayden Group" was terminated for valid reasons.

Hey everybody, I'm in a big mess here. I have 7 payday loans that are draining me. I can't pay my mortgage and other bills because of it and I'm really stuck here. Do I have any options besides suicide? If I do kill myself will my family be harassed by these companies?
