I talked to the 2 storefront PDLs today to see my options. I haven't defaulted yet but will. I am not going to have any money left until next week and I need to get groceries. I am going to go with T & C but it's going to be 2 long weeks until next payday until I can pay them. I get a check from my partime job next Friday. I am scared to death of defaulting on the storefront loans. T & C said they can get them to work with them and lower the payments more than I could on my own. I can't sleep and I don't know where else to turn.

Ok i have a question about cras. I got married in nov. I called transunion and told them i wanted my credit reports to reflect my married name. They stated that i can not add this. Is this true? They stated that all my creditors would have to change my name on their files. Most of my credit is with cbs that i am trying to validate. I do have several new accounts with my husbund and i ask that those be added. But this name thing has me stumped. I no longer use my maiden name and my id and ss card both have my married name. Any help on this is greatly appreiciated.

I had a storefront payday loan and today they called my boss. I don't ever believe I gave them my boss phone number but I question the guy on the phone. Why wouldn't you call my office # and he said someone answered and they don't know who you are. I asked what number did you call and it was my direct line #.

I recently joined and I am finding this site to be most helpful an I hope to be on my way to being debt free soon. I took out a couple PDLs and I was unable to make the payments, I have been receiving calls from someone claiming to be attorney representing Arrowhead and that if I dont wire him the money he is going to have be arrested. Each time I speak to him the amount is increased. He wont tell me what company the loan was with only that he has numberious lenders he works for.

I have a loan with this company the original loan was for $400 I have paid $360 yet they claim I owe an additional $600. I sent an email letting them know I am now aware of CA law and based on Ca law I should only owe $110. This is what they sent me. Is this true or do they have to follow state law no matter where they are located?

I'm trying to find out if any one has used this debt settlement program or heard anything about them. they have 400 dollars in fees upfront for the first three months and then claim they can settle my debt after that. any insite will help. i'm very skeptical

I got an email from Payday Select that they are marking my account PIF AND sending me a refund! I am so happy! I honestly didnt think they would issue me anything! Thanks to Marauders11 for the template letter and to the rest of you for helping me out! So far I have one loan PIF with a refund coming my way and I'll be paying two more off this week (thanks to my husband who gave me the money). I still have Eastside Lenders, Paycheck Today, One Click Cash, Payday Cashlink and Payday Yes. I have sent them all letters and I will keep sending them!

Hello I currently have about 4 payday loans. I have been unable to make a dent in the loans because of the high interest fees so I closed my bank account to attempt to consolidate the debt. There is one company in particular that has been a problem Big-Int. I have emailed this company asking them to not to call me at my place of business and they have ignored this request in fact they are calling, refusing to leave voice mails and being confrontational with other coworkers who say I am unavailable.
