im in debt over $4000 and would like to speak to someone for help im not to if there's any interest adding the bank couldnt determine but I help some assistant please!!! i been in debt since 9/06...help!!!! :cry:

I have recently pulled a report and found something I already knew. Two charge offs That I have to clean up. One is interesting as it was to Orchard BAnk but my Consumer credit counseling outfit has been distributing payments since late 2004. Orchard told me they sold in Oct 2005 to Arrow (heard that name before......) Arrow says they have never heard of me. $1200 has gone somewhere...Orchard says that have no records anymore. Doesn't make sense to me. Looking for ideas.... Second is Volvo FInace--CAr Debt (actually just the over mileage) I disputed but have not seen results...

The gentleman assisting me asked me to send him a copy of the Transunion report...why Transunion? (I received a letter from LVNV and would like to see if they've attached anything to my credit report.) Thanks. dj

Hello, I too have been suspicious of this co who with another payday online preditory spam lender has taken over 1200 in my checking account. I submitted a form to search for a loan, thru Pdl.com & I got a few responses. I did sign with United Cash and Payday one. I got a call from someone "D" with a charming accent at Cash2day & he tried to get me to apply for more. I think I made a mistake becasue he recorded me, and I did not sign the last form (electronic sign). So, when I checked with bank a week later I had 4 loans, all small 200 to 250 ea. & one reference #!

I am a stay-at-home Mom who is struggling to pay off debt that occurred before I was married and was a Mom. My husband works hard in the military to pay our home bills and his own bills and I am unable to find babysitters to be able to get a decent job to get out of debt. It seems never ending and Im feeling so stuck! I need help and I dont know what to do anymore.

What options do I have if I am not able to make a full monthly payment on private loans, only very small partial payments? I've been offered a three year public interest clerkship with one of the nation's finest nonprofit organizations (almost on a similar level as a US Supreme Court clerkship). This is a position that pays slightly under $40,000 a year, although is a "career maker" and a great honor. With capitalized interest, I will have over $440,000 in student loan debt from a BA, MA JD and this clerkship after I complete the three years.

We have received the application/contract from T & C and are going to go with them but my problem is I can't pay T & C until next payday. I have talked to my bank and after the rent check clears we will be able to close that account and open a new one with them. They've already advised me that ACH debits or returned checks to a closed account would be a small fee and would not reopen the old account. This way I can prevent the internet PDLs from doing anymore debits until I can retain T & C.
