I had done an advance on my credit card of $2500 and it went thru but the bank said that I had overdrafted and that I needed the $2500 asap plus an extra $2000 for the checks that I have written for them to be cleared. I don't have that money laying around and I need the help to do so. I did it because my son is very sick and he may not be making it. I needed the money for the hospitol bills. My son is only 3 weeks old and my son's mother and I don't talk anymore which makes things rather difficult for me as a parent.

I need to send a letter to these people but I can't find them. When I emailed them revoking their ACH priviledges they replied with "we cannot stop the withdrawal until the account is paid. Three attempts will be made each time. Three times they sent that email when I revoked them three times. Months later they are still trying to debit my frozen account. I have already paid them more than they are entitled to. I can't call them as I do not want to get involved in weaselspeak with some snippy low life. I need an address and I just can't find one anywhere. I also need it for the AG.

Has anyone ever heard of this bank its new in virgina and is located inside of some of the walmart stores. they say they will open up my checking acct with no credit check. is that possible??

i debt to these people appeared on my credit report for 540.00. i called them they stated that i need to send in my dl. should i comply with this request?

does it matter if your debt is under 4000.00 can you still help

I have a "former address" on my credit report that is not mine, How can I get it off? It is only on Equifax and I tried to dispute it online and they said I can't because it was reported by a creditor and is "public record". But I never lived there. I googled the address and it is an apartment complex in Miami. I don't live and have never lived anywhere near Miami. I tried calling Equifax and cam't get a human on the phone and the automated thing they have does not apply to me. Help!

I have a couple of payday loan that just won't quit. I have gotten responses from all but United Cash Loans ameriloan Ten Dollar Payday loans I have been told, that all of these are actually under MTE Financial. Does anyone know if this is true. Is this who I should be contacting for these last remaining loans?
