I just want to thank EVERYONE who has helped me with the pay day loan issue. I just can't say enough about this site. Without it, I would still be paying on these and still going negative every pay check. I received a letter from EZ Pay Day Loan yesterday informing me they have marked my account PIF and they will be sending the $162.50 they took out of my account and the $30 overdraft fee they caused me after I told them they couldn't debit my account in any way. I'm just so full of excited right now I am about to burst.

I want to get rid of these charges of and make one monthly payment for my car and student loans.

Since some of us (including me) have been a little stressed lately I think that we should have a little light hearted fun in here and some of us can get to know each other better. What does everyone think? If you think this is dumb, just ignore me.....how did everyone come up with their user name? My name is for 2 of my dogs. I have three long haired dachshunds. My oldest is Sassy-actually her name is Sassafras Van Halen. Hey well i took you all advice and i called my bank today and they told me that i could only put a hold on a certain dollar amount i could put a hold on ach withdrawls all together. Okay well today i spoke to someone from cash today and found out that when they intially set my loan up they told me they were webcash, then they debited my account using webcash once then they started debiting from cash today. when i called the company and confronted them they were very nasty.

I am a new member of this debt consolidation. I realized after about a year of being out of school that my income and my lifestyle didn't add up. While in school, I racked up TONS of debt just to buy books and support myself. I do have school loans on top of this. I hope to see my debt go down as I get on with this program so I can finally buy a new car, and someday a house. I don't want to take my debt with me into the future. I hope this is something worthwhile and will help me when I need it. Anyone have any success stories? Also, does this hurt your credit?
