I have several payday loans that are killing me with the high interest rates which will be listed below. Utah's laws seem to be pretty liberal in regards to payday lenders so not sure how much I can do and if any of these loans are illegal.

I have 5 payday loans with Cash Central for $500, PaydayOne for $1000, EastSideLenders for $650, Ameriloan for $500 and American Consumer Credit (The CashSpot.com) for $900. I've been told on another thread that all but PayDayOne and CashCentral are dubious. Cash Central is already working with me on payment plan, will try to do same with PayDayOne. The others I was going to attempt the letter because I have had loans with these lenders for over a year, sad to say, so I know I've paid TRIPLE or more the original loan amount.

I applied for a payday loan through "check-n-go" online and Brighton Financial called me at work saying my laon was prespproved and wanted me to answer some more questions. I put them on hold and googled them....come to find out their a fraud company and when i told them I was busy I got this number to contact them...1-800-738-0995 ext 3304. Screw them Im not calling them back and if they call my job back Im telling them "That person no longer works here!":D

I have a concern with this company. I have received phone calls from this establishment from a rep named Janice Mitchell. When i did not call her back right away she called both my dad and my brother. She then told my dad and my brother that i will be going to jail if i did not call her regarding my debt. Now she did divulge information to both parties about the debt. Is that legal? She has now called me twice at work after being told not to contact me at work. She basically told me she is going to sue me for a debt that is atleast 5 to 6 years old.

Hi! I am looking for advice as I don't know where to turn: I cosigned several student loans for my son who defaulted on one loan and is making payments (not always in timely manner) on the others. He has caused my 30 years of great credit to be trash. I have picked up the payments on the defualted loan however they are $400+ per month. With three of his siblings who still live at home this is a financial burden I honestly cannot afford and know he cannot at this size payment either.

Good morning: I found myself in need of immediate cash due to a financial situation and against my better judgement went with payday loans. I had every intention of paying them back until two of them started drafting out of my account BEFORE the agreed upon dates. I get paid on the 15th and the 30th of every month (they knew this) and they started drafting out on the 12th and 13th, which then caused overdrawn fees at my bank! I have since closed out my bank account because of this. If they are not going to hold up their end, neither am I.

I have been called by these people for a loan i don't remember having but it was supposedly 7 years ago And i did have some then so it could be. Anyway I explained that I had no money at the time and would contact them when I did, they told me that they would have me arrested on bank fraud charges. What do I do with that!
