My uncle is getting 3 creditors debiting his account. The others names of these companies are 8 Crown Lending, Paycheck2 or Paychecknow#2 and USDachdr. This was for a $300.00 loan that originating with 8 crown lending in February and since then, they have debiting his account every 2 weeks on this payday and between the companies he has paid $2,200.00. The bank can not even provide him with a phone number or address for these companies. He canceled his checking account. Only other info I have is some ID #'s for each company. I don't know if anyone here knows how those might help?

I am, like so many other people, are now dealing with Asset and their unwillingness to help anyone. My husband in 2005 signed up for a membership with bally total fitness. I also worked there ( when we were still dating) as the front desk receptionist. I was trained by the front desk manager and the GM of the store. I was told specifically what to tell customers when they wanted to cancell there contracts and who they should contact. my husband was told he had 30 days ( which is what i was trained to say to people) to cancell his membership without penalties as long as he didnt use the gym.

I have a site meter on my blog, and can see where the visitors to my site reside, and their internet address and how they came to my site. I keep getting a visitor who comes to my site, through this site, from good ol' Jacksonville, Florida. I would bet all of my debt pennies that it is Bass and Associates checking in to see the latest threads about them and what is on my site about them.

I had a CC with Houshold Bank back in 2003, that I never paid off. This debt was charged off by Household and purchased by New Century Financial Services. I was served today by the Sheriffs Dept to appear in court. What rights do I have? I know the SOL hasn't passed, I'm pretty sure it's 4 years in FL. I've been told a lot of stuff but I don't know whats true. I never signed any ocntract with the CA that purchased my account stating that I would pay them. I only signed a contract with Household.
