I have sent of dispute letters to one of my creditors with out any response? What is next? Sample letter?

Hello, I have several payday loans that I am unable to pay at once, I want these people to stop calling my job and my references, I would like to set up a payment plan but I really don't know what to do. I closed my checking account and opened up a new one. Here are the companies, they all are internet companies US FAST CASH CASHNET USA CASH 2day 4u Cash Central. Can someone give me some guidance on how to handle these companies

I'm 29 years old and making the most $$ I've ever made in my life. I've got a good job, yet somehow I cannot seem to keep more than $8.00 in my savings account and that is simply is because it is such a small amount that I can not withdraw it. Money's tight, I live paycheck to paycheck, and often run short on cash between paydays. So? I discovered payday loans. Which are an okay short term option...if you can pay them off in full once they become due. NOT ME! I just keep rolling them and rolling them, barely paying the fees and am FINALLY in a position to pay them off.

Because I had such good luck with this company - I thought I would pass it along. I became in default with them on April 5th after closing out my bank account. I was terrified because I had heard horror stories of this PDL company and their ruth-less collection activites. I don't know if I just picked a good account rep or what. I was warned that if I did not clear up this account that they would have no other choice but to contact my payroll department. I once again took initative and emailed my payroll letting them know that I had revoked any wage assignment.

I took a loan out with this company and they never did email or phone, letter to give me info to pay the full amount of my loan so my bank account overdrawn and I had to close it now I recieve a phone call and the say they are coming to arrest me They will see me in court Can they do that with out asking to recieve some money or a different pay plan? Please help I 'm scared I have never been arrested

how much is the monthly payments on average? I have about close to 10K (not sure on exact amount but its under 10K) in debt and the payment due dates are spreaded way to far for me to pay them all. So i was curious how much the monthly payments are on average.

I have been in contact by an Attny. office in Massachusetts, Harris & Dial PC.out of Andover Ma.(they have a not too good report of Rip Off Report) They called and I sent out a verification letter to them. I went on the Massachusett licenced debt collector list and lo and behold they aren't even licenced in the state they practioce in. I just got a call from my human resorce director she got a letter from them with my SS# on it wanting verification of my employment. She called me and gave it to me. The letter to her was written the same day as I got a letter from them.

I have the same problem. Someone from United lawfirm, a lawfirm that Arrowhead appointed to deal with their legal matters. I just got a nasty message, where I could not understand anything the fellow was saying, except for the very last remark he left on my work voicemail, which he made very clear, very loud. A threat about I am yet to see the harsh parts of my life, and so one, I just watch and see. Im not that knowledgeable withlaws and such but I know that as a consumer we also have a right, and they cannot harrass us in the way that man was doing tome.

Can anyone tell me who this phone number belongs to and what my rights are as they have call every hour today starting from 8:15am this morning 5/4/07! I am sure they are debt collectors but I know I have a right to identify them before calling back as they never leave message. Thank You Everyone!!!
