Has anyone heard of this company, Faithworks Financial? I am considering doing a debt settlement program with them. Any comments/thoughts would be appreciated.

I live in Texas and took a loan for $300 from BOULEVARD CASH 8886715812 PPD ID: T680697249 and an additional $300 from HYDRA FUND IV 8883025269 PPD ID: 42-1578037. For each I have paid $180. I guess my question is pretty standard, what options do I have in terms of paying the remaining balance?

I know its your right to revoke the ACH option, but when I'm reading through the contract I have for them it says "... you may not revoke the authorization to prepare and submit checks on your behalf until such time as the loan is paid in full." They can't do that can they?

Hello everyone, I have several loans out and was wondering if they were even legal in the state of Florida and what my best options would be in order to be done with them. Plain Green Loans = $2000 which is charging me $133 every 2 weeks and barely any going to the principle of the loan. I have paid a total of $1,608.72 up to date and they say i still owe $1,800. ItsMyPayDay Loans =$600 which is charging me $150 every 2 weeks.

I am being sued by Midland through Eaton Group for a Dell account. It shows a the sum of $1763.04 with additional interest from March 2, 2009 until judgement and 4% from date of judgement and attorneys fees of 25% of priciple & interest. My question is Dell contacted me in early June of 2010 and I agreed to a payment plan of $110.19 per month. They collected this amount from June 2010 until Jan 2011. The Feb draft was returned by my bank and I never heard again from them until Midland sent something to collect.

Hi i have been receiving calls from Alliance Assets as well and one guy (Noah) actually started telling me that I was committing a crime as I was using Fraudualent checks (old checking acct that I closed becuase some stole my wallet) I was so upset, he then told me I had to hold on but I was at work and hung up. He also would settle on a payment arrangement he stated I needed to pay in full by a certain date or else this matter would go to court. and told me Good Luck.

I live in the state of georgia. I have 6 payday loans at present. One company has taken so many interest payments out that they have probably taken twice what I owe. What is a good legitimate company in Georgia that could help me consolidate these?

Back in 2009, I took a payday loan from Speedycash. I live in Arizona, so of course I got caught up in the cycle - paying it off and then taking out another. This lasted until Payday Loans became illegal in Arizona, I took out 5 loans and paid them all back, interest included. When payday loans became illegal in AZ it was then converted into a title registration loan in 2010. I have been paying on it ever since, $80 per month on a $500 loan until May of 2012.

I have two collection agency THD/CBNA and MIDLAND FUND on my credit report collecting on the same Home Depot delinquent account. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance
