A tanker fire in the Bay Area has caused part of the McArthur Maze in Oakland, a major traffic interchange, to collapse. This wasn't far from where the Cypress Structure collapsed in the Loma Prieta earthquake. Anyone in the Bay Area on the forums who commutes to the city (Law Student??) might really want to plan alternatives tomorrow, since I know Monday's going to be a mess!!

I have a debt with at least 2 or 3 pdl companys. I only make about 500- 600 $ a week, but after my child support and insurance payments are taken out of my check, I only take home between 200- 300$ a week. I have only been able to pay the stupid renewal fees and the debt just keeps climbing. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I would like to consolidate everything but my current bills including my 2005 Kia Rio. I want to keep it but i'm sure, right now, I'm facing reposession any day now. I'm scared...please help!!

Hi all i have to say first this site has really helped me. I took out a few of those pdls and now i find myself in a very stick situation. I have gotten the calles from the collection agensy that they sell your loan to. They have threated me with fraud and having the police come to my house and arrest me. I was very scared and paid the ones that have called with the threats. I feel that I believed there lies. I live in PA and didnt really know my rights when it came to pdls. Now that I know I wont be giving in.

i just want one time payment on all of my credit cards....
