I have a Question, I have 2 different Court Judgements on my Credit report 1 in from 12/02 and the other from 6/04. I coming to close on a house and the lender tell me I need payoffs on these. How can i find out where they were filed if there is no contact info in my credit report. I do have case numbers. Thanks,

I check my credit report this year and this account was already deleted. These are the listing from last year in my trans union report. Can you tell me if this out of the SOL period? Date opened: 12/2009 Date closed: 8/2000 Date verified: 5/2005 Est.

Sorry, I also posted this as a comment in another thread. I received a letter from a company called allied interstate that said LVNV Funding had purchased a delinquent Sears acct of mine and payment was due immediately to Allied. I settled and paid in full with Allied in March 2007. Initially, LVNV had the Sears acct listed as a charge off in Feb '07. Since making the payment in March, LVNV has now listed the account as a collection with a totally different balance. Being that I paid Allied, who collects for LVNV, shouldn't LVNV take the collection down and show the debt satisfied?

I have placed myself in a serious mess.You see,I have had quite a few episodes with severe sinus headaches and have a bad habit of going to the hospital everytime something is wrong or at least when i think there is.then i tried my luck at going to a trade school and got a student loan which will finally be paid off after my taxes are seized this year.also there are areers in child support.Finally just a bunch of odd bills like dvd's and small things on my credit report that bring the score down even further.so what can i do to HELP myself and my family?
