my fiance and i appliyed for a pay day loan we recived a call from the loan company that said we had been denied but then we still recived the money and now 7-astro landing is debiting money from our checking acc does any one know how to contact this company?

Do I need to sign a release form in order to get a copy of my contract from a PDL company?

I live in Alabama. Can anyone tell me if a defaulted check in the amount of 232.00 is a felony? The collections company stated if it was over 150.00 it was a felony. My understanding of Alabama law is a defaulted check to a cash advance company is a civil matter only.

Ok, this morning I got a threatening email from DMS which I haven't responded to yet. I have been getting them every day and replying to them every day but then I get emails saying I have refused to cooperate. Just now an 800# called my number and I didn't answer it. Then a minute later the same number called the general office number so I answered it. They asked for me, and I said, she is not unavailable. They said can you take a message, I said sure.

I have really gotten myself in deep. Me and my husband were really going through some hard times and we borrowed money from several payday loan places. We have about 9 pdl out in our name now. Some of them we paid on as long as we could and a couple of the others we werent able to make any payments on. they are calling and constantly harrasing us. We are really scared and dont know what to do. We have other bills that weve fallen behind on, and have considered filling for Bankruptcy. We live in NC and took a couple of loans out over the internet.

My daughter asks who he is and he says his name is Jimmy and could he please speak with me "She knows who I am." So she hands me the phone since she thinks its our old neighbor who's name is Jimmy. I get the phone and he says, " Hi this is Jimmy from First Platinum Corp.

I too am being harassed by this company threatening me with garnishment. I need help in what to do to protect myself and finding a way to pay my debt. Can anyone assist please?

I have an old debt with Sears.LVNV had the account in collections it has now gone to "their" Law Office. Weinberg,Welten and Reis,I have been paying them $100 per month.To date I have paid $400.My question is,My credit report reflects lvnv as the collection agency and that no payments have been paid on this account.Is there any way I can get this updated on my credit report as paying as ageed ? I'am really trying to clean up my credit.I have paid off several collections and they were deleted from my credit report.
