Please can someone tell me the best way to get out of unsecured debt. I have $86,000 worth of it and have lost my job debt consolidation just seems to expensive and settelment seems to risky. Is there any other way and does anyone know anyone trustworthy to help. I dont know how this happened i just need to fix it fast! Thank You in advance.

Has anyone dealt with them? I owe a debt they have, when I first talked to them they said they would keep the debt for 120 days, They would not take payments. I will have the full amount on the 123rd day, that happens to be my pay day. anyone know how they are to deal with? Or what happens to a debt after the 120 days.

how do you find out who the acutal creditor is. who started reporting this info and where is it coming from

I recently received many settlement offer from midland credit management, Inc. It has MCI listed at original creditor. It is also listed on my credit report under Midland Credit Management. I recently found out that MCI put a balance in collection in 2002 without me being aware until last summer. I had been MCI customer for 5 months during 1999 and then I paid in full the balance indicated in the final bill. An year later a moved out that apt and I knew nothing about MCI still claiming a balance on my name.

I received a call from 561-204-5441 and the guys name was Jordan. He stated he was from American debt relief and I was referred from this site. I don't need consolidation!! I am through all of that. I have been searching all day to see if the number was actually American Debt Relief and keep coming up with nothing. I even called the number back and the a recording comes on stating the number has been disconnected. Needless to say, I AM NOT HAPPY right now.

I would like information and help with consolidating my credit cards.
