I have this attorney's office contacting me about orchard master card,, this ladt calls me at work 3 or 4 times then at home leaves messages about every hour any wat she left this address and phone number is there anyone can tell me if this is right or point me in the right direction to go i havent recieved a letter from this attorney just that woman callin i have tried to tell her all of these credit cards were payed when we refinanced our house.

Has anyone been taken to court regarding a debt? I was wondering what happens and if it's best to do this or file for bankruptcy. I haven't worked for the past 3 years and take care of my disabled son. My husband's paycheck is already stretched to cover our living expenses. The lawsuit is against me.

I have 8 loans, 5 of which are Staffords with the Dept. of Education. some are subsidized and some are not. 2 of my loans are through Texas Garunteed(also staffords 1 subsidized and 1 not.) The other was purchased by Sallie Mae from the finance authority of Maine. 7 yrs. ago I was diagnosed with chronic anxiety and severe panic disorder with agorophobia and have only been able to work for 30 days in 7 yrs. I am married and my husband has to file injured spouse to protect his part of our tax return each year. I want to get these paid and have a direct loan consolidation form currently here.

I need some clarification on this loan rehab program that DCS offers. My husband has been in the payment process. he paid their 1%, he has paid 4 months into this program, and 5 left to pay. they assured him that it will be removed from his history and that a loaner will purchase this old student loan where he can set up payments (some 12 payments) to pay off this old student loan that is a major lien on this credit report. My question is, is this program LIGIT?

Are they licensed in Minnesota????
