Hello Nelly, I was persuaded to purchase Fia Card Services Card Protection Plan for which I???m paying monthly. I was convinced that this plan would pay my monthly minimum if I could not, due to certain life events or hospitalization. After much correspondence over many weeks, the Plan approved two claims I submitted (hospitalization in March, 2012 and life event in October, 2011). But they paid it to Fia Card Services, on my account, in such a way that the plan does not benefit me. Rather, it has caused me to owe more on my account.
