I acquired a payday loan a couple of months ago from this business and want to pay off the loan but don't have a contact number to do so. I really need assistance to contact them and pay this off.:confused:

I filed bankruptcy late last year and my bankruptcy was finalized in Mar 2012 and the Company that Midland is representing is STILL sending me letters of payment due. The company I owed money to was included in the bankruptcy and the debt was cleared. The bankruptcy attorney had contacted every company that I declared bankruptcy over and Midland is the only company that is still harassing me. Can I sue them for harassment or what are my options to stop this once and for all.

I will first off admit that I am horrible at repaying debt. I have been known to ignore phone calls and letters "just to see what happens" and trust me I am better with money now and don't have any credit cards open, etc. But I have a lot of old debt. I have had my wages garnished since March of this year from Midland Funding for 3 different garnishments and it will continue through December of this year. Basically $168 of each paycheck is being taken and honestly I cannot afford this and it's causing me to fall behind in rent.

I cannot log into my account summary because they say it's unavailable, even tho i've been paying them off & their high finance fees w/every payment. united cash loans also did not reveal all these finance charges w/every paydown. when i call they say they can't help me. they put my complaint in a 'separate dept.' which they will get to me by way of a 'specialist' and an e-mail and a phone call. I received none of this help and I sill cannot access my own loan status summary for 1 weeks now! wow! these guys are scary!

I just wanted to say - THANK YOU! This was my first paycheck post PDL hell! I paid my rent, paid a credit card or two, gave my kids an allowance and filled up my tank. It was amazing! Thank all of you!
