I have some small unsecured debts 1396 for computer two credit cards total 1300 and a truck loan total of 5400 of which i have never missed a payment in nearly 4 years I purchased this truck under a payment shaver loan somewhat like a lease but i can use it to trade in or refinance the balance, the loan matures in may. I also have a home mortgage with a balance of 19400, that is woth approx. 36000 and am one month behind on payment. the delinquent computer and credit card accts. are keeping me from obtaining a home equity loan to consolidate my debts. in addition i have also rec.

Ya know the more I am doing the research the more I begin to think these internet PDL companies and all their DBA's are under one giant ghost owner. I have researched this forum.(and many web sources) Many excellent sources found here. Even x employees. But let me tell you- to stop them we have to have the true owner name and address. I have the call center. And Heathmill. But think big guys. The mother load is who all our Federal agencies and state attorneys need. We can shut down the little guys the call centers. But this entity will show up again and again. Who are they really?

I live in NE. I have had a levy against me; my checking account. They took $105.02. Silly me--I thought they could only do this once. It happened on my next payday and they froze over $1000.00. I have checks bouncing left and right. The question I have to everyone is; I am married. My debt is a credit card. Due to unemployment, car accident and medical bills. But the Card is only in my name. How can they place a hold on the checking account in both our names when my husband is not involved? What can I do? We have auto withdrawals, insurance, mortgage, etc. Do I close the account.

Hi, Viking Collections is after me for a 14 months old Chase cc amount, I wanted to work out monthly payment plan with them over 2 years, but it has been a back and forth efforts, they just keep insisting a lump sum that I can't effort. I am really acting on good faith, but no monthly plan worked out. My only other option is to go with Payment Settlement plan, which I can effort, but with reservation. I've heard that even with a Payment Settlement Plan, the collection company will still move forward with collection action and I just don't want to escalate to a law suit.

Anyone dealt with Hess Kennedy & Co? I signed up and cancelled with in 3 days and they still took the money from my bank account, anyone have any suggestions. Can I get A REFUND?

[color=darkblue][/color] :cry: just like ever one else i had some unexpected bills that popped up and took out a payday loan then another and another and the bills still wont more and now the payday loans too..i keep the minimum paid but i see no way to get out of the mess.i could just cry i have more bills than money..some way somehow i have to get this under control maybe someone has an answer i haven't though of i'll keep my fingers crossed for now.
