Okay, so I had a $500 PDL with CheckNGo...On Feb 15th they took $100 from my bank account. That is the last payment and only payment on the loan that they got. They didn't debit from my account again since then, and I closed my account they have on file a week ago. I log into their website and it says my account is in good standing with them and says I can apply for another loan. Hahahaha! :twisted: Has anyone had a PDL just disappear like that??? I haven't heard one word from them...no letters...no emails...nothing!

When a payday lender is contacting you about collecting "debt" from you, if you ask for their DBA do they have to provide that information to you? I have asked two companies, so I could research on where their lending bank is located and neither company will disclose this information to me...

Alright well I just got screwed by citibank, Apparently they accepted my account into debt management on the 6th of feb but payment was made on the 5th so they did not count that towards their markup and they sent me to collections because payment "was not made". Now i'm with NCO Financial, anyone have any ideas on how these people are and how to settle with them? thanks

I have to confess, I am a bill collector. It was a job I fell into after being a skiptracer for a couple years.
