Ugh.......I have paid $180 on a $300 loan. They called me about 2 weeks ago and I told them I would make payments by money order. They did not make a big stink about it but weren't happy. They gave me an email address of a supervisor and I emailed him with the laws, my proposal for settling, etc. I have not heard anything back until today. I got a phone call on my line asking for my boss' fax number. I knew it was a pdl place.

We need a loan to pay our current bills which are past due. My husband lost his job and I had to leave mine due to a car accident which caused us to lose our car and now we need money to pay the bills. A loan or anything, not sure what we can get.

I just got a call from westbury ventures who said I owed them 2k for a loan I took out over the internet in 05. They had my correct ss#, my maiden name and my current address. None of this is anything I did.does this sound familiar to anyone...is it a scam? they told me I should file a police report and fax it to them Please respond asap

My cousins are out of the hospital. They both still have IV's in and have to receive medicine in them every 3 to 4 hours. Robert, who had lost 20 pounds has gained back 3 or 4 pounds. Ida didn't loose as much as he did and is doing better than he is. They both will be getting vests that will help with their PT. They are also working on getting medical releases from the college so that it doesn't look like they failed their classes. They go to a special ist in Tennessee on the 11th. But they are improving, slowly. I am really glad they are home and are doing better.

There was money taken out of my accont from ever private card without my consent. I do not want this card never asked for it. Please do not touch my account any more. Or I will be getting a lawyer. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. I DON'TWANT THIS CARD.

I have a decent credit score in the 700 range, but a credit card/loan debt of a little over 20,000. I would like to consolidate it all to one payment. I am not looking to file bankruptcy nor am I worried about harassing phone calls. I just need a fresh start, but fear looking around and applying for consolidation loans will bring my credit score down more. I live in California, any suggestions?

My calls from united processing have started back up as of yesterday afernoon. If you'll remember they are the ones collecting for Astro Lending. Yesterday I asked for a fax to validate my loan. I spoke with three different people, none of which spoke good english. The last one asked me if I was from this country, that we were having a language barrier. I never received the fax. This morning the same woman calls, I told her I still have not received my fax, she wants me to spell my name again and give her the # again. I asked her for her company name and address.
