can u give me info about judgement proof

I have read quite a few postings in the forums here but I haven't found the info for my situation (so here I am asking). I am current on my bills and have no late payments or delinquencies- I just checked my credit report and score and it was actually higher than I expected. I tried to take out a consolidation loan (sent preapproved in mail) with Bank of America to try to ease my payments but the interest was too high. I want to pay this off without damaging my credit more but my bills are too high and I'm juggling things constantly. I took on a second job part time, too. What can I do?

I was away from my desk, and the woman who answered the phone here said I received a call from a "Alex Divine?" from US National Bank.....1-877-403-0003....She told me that he told her to tell me that I was a "primary suspect" and I needed to call him ASAP....... Input please!

I do not know who you are but I would like to have my money refunded back to me rightaway. You stole $49.95 from my checking account and I do not have a clue who you are. I have contacted my bank, the fraud department also the BBB to inform them of this transaction that I did not authorize. I need my money right away because you have messed up my checking account. A few years ago I was offered a credit card with a great rate and accepted against my better judgement. After having the card for a year, my husband became disabled, I started using the card to take cash advance, and had been late a couple times, wel I got hit with late payment fees and over the limit fees for over hundreds of dollars, now when I try to make payments, the interest takes it over the limit and I am hit with another over the limit fee, they also keep raising my interest rate, it is now at 41% that is why I am seeking help in clearing up this debt.

As per the IRS article, I can claim a deduction for destroyed, damaged or stolen property that happens due to casualty or theft. Now can anyone explain the paragraph below? Quote:

I have been informed that it is DirecTV. I had their service before but not in over a year as I switched over to another service. I have told DirecTV that I was not interested in renewing my service with them and that I was happy with my new sattelite provider, yet they still keep calling my house at all hours of the day and night. How do I get them to stop calling me? :evil:
