I am from CA and took out an internet loan with PayDay Services back in April of 2006. The original loan was for $300. I made 2 payments of $90 for the finance charges. January of this year I received a letter from Nation Credit Adjusters stating that I owed $405 dollars to them because they now own the original loan to Payday Services. Because the lady was nice in the beginning I agreed to pay $30 a month to pay it off. I made the mistake of give them my account info and I have made 2 payments of $30 dollars. My next payment is April 17.

I lost my job aug \'06. wife got injured 2 weeks later. house is 4 months behind car is 2 months behind. utilities are current.I owe on property taxes too. My wife blew our tax return money on a selfish 2 week trip to Europe and cheated on me with a man she met on the internet!!! She kept the finances and delibertly sabatoged my credit. I just got hired to a very promising company and I seek to stabilize myself without following heer chapter 13 advice if possible.

I was just wondering if anybody has heard of people first. apperently they are a collection agency and I keep getting calls from that trying to collect on debt I have reported as id theft. any info would be helpful

Hello, I received two letters from benett & deloney last week stating that had two seperate deliquent payments owed to a mortgage company. I own several properties, and the loans get routinely transferred from one servicer to another. I have no records of my ever having a loan through the mortgage company referenced in the letter, but I guess it is possible. I called bennet and deloney today and they said that my loan was transferred and the company didn't receive a payment from me. This debt is apparently from March 2006.

I got a copy of the response from Bass and Associates today..They acknowledge that they did call me on or about the date in question. The did however say basically that I WAS A LIAR! I'm quoting here. "It is untrue in every sense that anyone from our office advised me that she could OR would be arrested. "This statement is simply incorrect". It went on to say that "the business of collections can be a difficult one, in the fact that nearly every call undertaken by any collector can become heated and combative in nature.

I received a call a couple of months ago from ER Solutions collecting for Washington Mutual for a line of credit, which I do owe. I had no problem paying this and made arrangements with them to pay. In the mean time I continue to get collection calls from Washington Mutual. I called Washington Mutual and told them I am paying ER Solutions for the line of credit, they said they don't know where my money is going but it is not getting to them. Can anyone give me advise on what to do about this situation?

O.k. - I have been emailing back and forth to USA Pay day loan since the beginning of last week. I took a loan out with them for $300. Since that time I have paid back a total of $270. I wrote them a letter of settlement telling them that they weren't even licensed in my state and that my state doesn't allow rollovers and that I was willing to settle for $120 to close the account. The first guy I was talking to was a JERK. Said I didn't know anything about my states laws, etc. that I needed to hire an attorney if I was going to fight it etc.
