Has anyone successfull gotten a paid in full from them? I have used the letters provided on the forums and haven't had a reply (via email) from Ms. Elissa Chavez regarding the email I sent them on 9/12 stating the truth about the claims of being operated by the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. I also stated I was filing a complaint with my Atty General (MN) and referenced the West Virgina case that they lost.

2 days ago - my answering machine received a taped message advising that my current card/account was to be cancelled with a new replacement card/account to be set up. New card was to be mailed. This was due to some "hacking". Was this correct and if yes when will replacement be sent to member? What should I do?

On 12/15/11 I made the grave mistake of taking out a loan with Plain Green for $500. I made all the payments and ended up paying them back $1182.12. Then again, being uneducated in the companies, I took out another loan on 6/3/12 in the amount of $700. I have made two payments totalling $458.80. My total received for the two loans is $1200 and to-date I have payed back $1640.92.
