Can i negotiate this debt?

Please don't judge me; fell on hard times, but I definitely appreciate this forum that I came across just yesterday.... I live in NJ and have 11 payday loans: Mycashnow Cashwebusa Unitedcashloans Fastandreliable Discountadvances Everestcashadvance Integrityadvance Oneclickcash Netcash123 Holiday Group Bottomdollarpayday I have tried to manage these loans, but they literally take my entire bi-weekly paycheck, leaving nothing for the rent/car or anything else. I have drafted the (ACH) revocation letters for each of them, upon finding out that payday loans are PROHIBITED in my state.

I have 4 credit cards ( belk, goodyear, lanebryant, and capitalone) and the interest rates are extremely high. I make my payments on time every month. I just need a lower payment. Is it posissible to combine all of these cards together to get one interest rateand one pymt.

Last year I reported this agency to the FTC for harassing me about my husband's debt. I asked them to stop calling me. I thought this had been handled but now I am receiving calls again from this agency and they are rude! The lady would not tell me who she was representing and only asked if she could speak to my husband. I told her that he wasn't here and that I would have to take a message. She called me again today (9/14) and asked for Loren. I said he isn't here. She said, "oh so now you know who he is." I'm like "what"?

I was told that the following payday loan companies are legal in Mississippi Cash-call,Great Plains,Plain Green.does this mean I will be stuck with them forever the interest is the only thing being paid.Help.

They have been contactin me for some time and I finally emailed them a letter as well as the origional creditor Everest Cash Advance advising them that they are illegal in Indiana> It was the letter I found in you guys sticky. I also have made a complaint to the Indiana Attorney General office about this company. They now have a process server calling me who said she came by my house and now they are gonna serve me at work. The loan was for $500 and they debited me 2 times for 300.
