I am an officer for Lawgistix LLC, a company that has negative postings on this site. This forum is presented as a community benefit to people in debt. It is a complete scam. I tracked the system through yesdebtfree.org and was my name was given a lead to Superior debt relief. So, this is a lead generating site using tortious business interference and illegal practices to scam consumers into receiving points for multiple postiings. Our IT department will begin building websites to optimize yesdebtfree.org as a scam.

Does anyone have any info on this company if it's good or not? Got a bill from them and am in the process of sending a DV letter but thought I would ask if anyone has dealt with them before

I sent DV letters to all the CA's that were trying to collect on credit card accounts. On the 26th it will be 30 days since they all received the letters. If I still don't get anything in the mail, what is the next step? MRS & Associates, plus Valentine & Kebartis have ceased phone calls however NCO has not. Once a week I still get a 'bill' in the mail from NCO regarding the three accounts in their file. But anyways, what next?

I check my credit report every month and last month there was no mention of a collection now this month my report says I have an account in collections with Palisades bought from AT&T Wireless which I have never used my wife and I both use Sprint plus my report says that this accounts origin is March of 2005. We have used Sprint since September of 2002. What do I need to do about this, my credit score has dropped over 100 points because of this!

Hey, I just wanted to tell everyone that I emailed The Loan Shop about an hour ago and I promptly received a call from a rep there that said they would be happy to settle my account for $140 per the proposal in the email I sent them, which is the PRINCIPLE that I owe...no interest at all!!!!!!! They were PLEASANT about it too!!! Now I just have to get the money around to mail them because they want it in full.....I will manage it somehow. One down....thanks to all of you here!!!!!!!!!
