Can credit counselong with with bills other than credit cards? As in old student loans, hospital/doctor bills, bills with collection agenceys, etc? My husband & I are in need of help but all agencies seem to work with cretit cards. Thanks in advance

I am new to this forum... I have a few credit card accounts, most of which are all current, and while close to maxed out, none have any late payments (those all amount to under $4000). However I have one account that got out of control with fees and interest rates after a routing number mistake so I stopped paying on it out of frustration (my first mistake) So anyways it's now at $9555 and I recently called them, Bank Of America, and they offered to settle with me for $2900, due tomorrow. I have been saving up for this and I have $2100 so far.

Super bowl "game time" service cutting in and out,had to move friends and food to another location.next day called talked to 3 different people and holding for ever in between before i got a tech.to come out.bad coaxil cable.started happening again,called again,got another 20 min.runaround.called the hot line that knight,reset didn't work again,will send another reciever.called to cancell,another 20 min runaround,said i would get $10.00 off for a year and 2 months free "and" will send a tech to make it work.!!!!!! The tech doesn't show !!!!!

Is there an expiration date on the number of years that I debt can stay on your credit report? I mean either debt that has been paid or has not been paid or has been in Bankruptcy. I know that with a bankrutpcy it is on your credit report for ten years, but I have noticed that some of those have fallen off of my credit report.

My turn to be excited about a concert.. Got a call Friday ( while having an awesome time at Disneyland) that I got 2 tickets to see Rod Stewart at the Staple Center Thursday night.. :D The tickets are Luxury Box tickers I am so excited I have wanted to see this concert forever.. Years ago a friend bought me front row center at the Hollywood Bowl but half way to the concert my EX.. Boyfriend decided it was too much traffic and turned around and went home..

She was asking for help, and I would love to help her, but I can't respond to her because I can't click on her name!! I have made an agreement to pay off a student load. Allied agreed to settle for $1700 provided I make final payment $1450 by 3/23/07. They said they would consider the accout paid in full. However, they send me bills that reflect the amount due is $2477.65 rather than $1450.00 as agreed. I am terrified that this coming Friday I will pay the $1450 and they will disregard what was agreed to. I do not know what to do. The payment was set up as an automatic withdrawl. Another concern is I am being billed by Allied and a company called National Payment Center US Department of Education.

Is anyone from orlando florida, Looking for a missing person there. Has been missing since January 14, police report filed with little or no result from them. Really need some help here.
