HI everyone. I will try to not ramble on because mine is a long story, howevery I know a lot of other people are in my boat as I have read on the boards. PAYDAY LOANS! I am in a horrible mess of online and in person ones. I currently have 4 in person ones, two of which I am making payments on because my check bounced. Advance America let me make a payment (it will be late) and then gave me another 15 days to make the rest of the payment or threatened to take me to court because "Im a new customer and they will view it as I took out the loan and planned on not paying it back".

I'm about to go with this company. What do you guys think about them? I need help please! Thank you

2 credit cards, school loans

Didnt realize how important my credit was. I have a lot of collection agencies, some of them i know are not mine. i believe someone must have used my name. but i want to buy a home, i barely was able to buy a car and i just want to live debt free.

I just happened to remember something that I wanted to let everyone know in case they aren't aware of this. When I was dealing with some of my storefronts and when it came time for them to deposit my check, they had told me that depending on the amount of the check, they will call and verify funds. The thing that shocked me was they told me that some banks and credit unions charge a fee on the customer's account of a business calls to verify funds. I was not aware of this at all :x

I was on this board back around december ,I told you guys that my daughter owed a lot of people and eventually she came home.I have had calls from collection agencys asking me to pay off her debt since she want talk to them and I tell them no.Now the collections agencys had the nerve to tell me they can take me to court and make me pay for her bills.She is 26 years old and made all of these bills 3 years ago with no co signer,so how in the world am I responsiable for her debt?

Not exactly sure what my total debt is, probably between $5,000 and $6,000 (various vendors, due to immature history). Would like to get a loan to pay off those debts and only have to make payments to the loan every month.

I currently have a ton of debt. Payday loans medical bills and credit cards. I would rather not detail it all here, but would like to speak with someone who can help. I owe rougly $7500

My boyfriend who is my future husband is making consolidate my credit cards before we get married. I am trying to find the best consolidation company so that I can cosolidate my 5 credit cards, equalling $1750.00 so that I can pay huge amounts on the principal and not have to pay 5 different interest rates. I am hoping to try and take care of this as soon as possible.
