Please folks do not be upset by the state of flux on the boards. Like life, people come and go, things that interest them at one juncture in life may not down the road. The problems or difficulites that brought them to these forums may not exsist anymore for them thus the interest is lost. Remember this is the Internet and it has an instantaneous affect on people. A person seeks information immediatly, once that is achieved most move on to the next project in their lives.

need some advice about repairing my credit and paying debts off!!!

Hello, Not looking for a debt counseler or program just looking for a consolidation loan. In the past i was not make very good money just out of school and the student loans and credit cards were making it in possible. But now im making good money and just need to consolidate. Not a counseler or some one to take care of creditors "Been their done that." Most creditors are willing to settle with me and im not going to pay some one to settle somthing i allready have. Just need money up front to consolidate.

I went through my own pdl hell awhile back. And now all of a sudden this company, AIP keeps contacting me wanting to know if I wanted the loan I applied for! EXCUSE ME, BUT THAT IS A HELL NO! And besides I applied for that loan LAST YEAR. Are they that deparate for business? This is just irritating, they are leaving messages on my work phone and at home, DESPITE me telling these people to take a hike. IRRITATING.

I thought that I could pay these back with no problem, but the interest each payday is eating me up. It has caused me to fall behind on my house and my utilities. I make ok money, but not enough to pay the interest on these loans. Right now I am paying out 950.00 a month just on interest. I can not go on and I can not get a regular loan because I have fallen behind on the house payment. I want to know what I can do. I want to pay them back........but I can not afford all this interest. Please someone help!

I have several payday loans out right now and with them, the fees themselves cover my whole paycheck, which is direct deposited into my account. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do because I do not want to take any more loans out as that is what caused me to be in this trouble in the first place. My rent is passed due and because they took all my money from my check I have no way of paying it. What is the best way for me to go about actually getting to see my money. Should I close my banking account?

...but should I? I remember reading here that it may not be a good idea to close my bank account because the storefront pdls I have may view that as unlawful and press charges against me. But my rep at T&C said that wouldn't happen, that they can't have me arrested. I'm confused. I'm not sure what to do about my bank account. I'm from Ohio, and Ohio laws on pdl defaults are pretty harsh. I was feeling pretty good about going with T&C, but now I'm worried about closing my bank acct. I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was let go from my job in Feb. of 2006and have not found a job till now working for Applebees in Sidney, Ohio. Which I am a cook making $9.00 an hr. being a cook. I am going to school for a Associates degree in Buisness managment with a human recources option. I want to get a job in the managment field but 85% of these companies go by your credit report and my credit stinks, how am I going to get a job in buisness managment when my credit stinks?

I've been getting phone calls from Pinnacle Financial group about a charge card account I paid off three years ago with my debt consolidation company. They keep telling me I owe more on the account even though I have a letter from my debt consolidation company saying that my account had been paid in full. Stupid me, I mailed Pinnacle a copy of the letter but didn't send it by CMRRR. They called again today, but I wasn't here to answer the call. Do I need to send it to them again CMRRR and ask them for validation ?

I'm trying to keep up on payday loans. I kept taking them out thinking that by the next payday I would be able to start paying them back. I'm sinking and I can't get out of this payday loan trap. I know there are a few companies who will help consolidate or even help me settle with these companies. What companies do that and when can I start this process?
