Is there any company out there to help consolidate payday loans that are store front loans?

My son just called me to say that he needs to move back home because he "got in over his head." Once he explained what he meant, I was just floored. I had no idea anything like this even existed. Since I know nothing about PDLs, I ran a search and found this site and am hoping that someone here can help us, short of handing over the money. Haha!! Anyway, my son got a call from Jackson Phillips in Florida telling my son that they were going to send someone to his work to get the money and then they were going to persue legal action because Texas has a no tolerance policy.

I am about to make an offer to Cambece Law to settle a debt. I owed them $4900 and I am making an offer of $3800. Does anyone have a sample letter on how to write this proposal up and what should I ask for in a debt letter in return as far as "debt resolved" or "debt settleted". I know I cant get a "debt paid in full" but what can I get? Thanks

I see many people have said that T & C will consolidate payday loans. Can someone please PM me contact info for them? My loans are going to go into default on Friday. If I can't find a way out of these loans, I am going to have some serious problems. I can't get a personal loan and none of my family or friends have money to loan. Thanks in advance.

They refused to give me their addresses for me to mail in their payment by money order..They basically said they dont have mailing addresses..How are these companies allowed to OPERATE businesses. I told them I refuse to moneygram and westerunion or credit card..I owe mte $65, onestep $130 and Netcash 130..I guess now they will be harrasing..Does anyone have alegit address for any of these companies?

Today I received an e-mail (text below)from Westbury Ventures saying they are going to use "Check Recovery" to get their money. Is this legal? Apparently what they do is search on any bank accts with a person's ss# and withdraw whatever they wish. This despite the fact I have contracted with T&C and have already paid a fortune to these people--more than the original loan amt.
