I am curious to see as what every one is doing to finally be rid of debt regarding with their payday loans? Or what have you done to be completely through with your payday loans once and for all.

Do you give up your right to request debt validation if you did not respond to the letter with in 5 days. I have a collector suing me for a debt they first contacted me about 2 years ago. I have not heard from them since, thought it was passed on to another lender. I am not sure about the validation timeframe, is it real strict. I requested it after hearing from them on this second round, 2 years later. I haven't heard anything from them. In the summons they have a copy of the bill that is in the original creditor's name, not theirs.

I have a collection account that shows up with Experian. I'm confused about the terms. Date Opened Reported Since Date of Status Last Reported With Equifax it's. Date Opened Date Reported Date of 1st Deliquency Balance Date Which one do I use to determine if this should still be on my credit report?
