I just got the following email...I havent made a payment through my bank. I have also filed complaints with this company. Is this a "generic" email or is this legit...I'm guessing since I havent made any transactions with my bank (which is a different bank all together) This email isnt for real?

I found them really confusing. The second one and the last one say 'renewals' are not allowed, then what does it mean by '5 consecutive loans'; aren't they rollovers/renewals? Can anyone please explain it?
