i just want to clear my credit because i'm starting a new family and we plan to buy a house one day.

I have 4 credit cards with high interest rate. I was going to school and working full-time, I charged alot of school tuition on 2 credit cards. I moved to Atlanta from Buffalo for a contractor to perm position and the company went under. I started to temp gaining experience in the Human resource field where money got short and i fell behind on my payments. Now I have stabled job with good income. My goal is to fix my credit and reduce my payments so I can budget my saving and never have to struggle with money again. Please help me.

I received an email from Sonic payday telling me that I won a guess how many candy hearts were in the jar contest, and a week later, I found out that it was all BS. The day I received the email, I chatted with a customer service rep, and she told me that, yes, it did look like I won- and I shoudl expect the money to be directly deposited into my account, and then I find out a week later that they sent the same email to everyone. It is all BS- and I wouldnt trust them at all. They are just trying to scam you to like them and make you want to use them.

I've been having money deducted from my bank account every 2 weeks for quite a while by a company listed on my bank statements as GEC. Does anyone know who these ppeople are or how to get a hold of them??????

I hope you enjoy. After dealing with the only Two PDLs I had I have become suspicious of all lenders,banks,etc. My Wife and I have managed to get rid of our Credit Cards. The only debts we have is our house and two automobiles. Once the autos are paid off that is it for auto loans as well! Although I detest lenders of any description,my Wife does not share the same sentiment.

...and although I am current with them, they have been calling my home eight or more times daily because I haven't sent in this month's payment, and I haven't even gotten halfway through the 15 day grace period yet! I thought when I read the contract that you have a grace period of 15 days before a late fee of $15 is charged? I haven't even had that charged to me yet because I'm only on day 7 of the grace period! I will be paying them before the 15th, but they are calling me every day, eight or more times a day threatening me to pay now!

OK just ran my tranUnion credit report. I noticed a charge off for $1799 from a credit card back in the day. The charge-off occured in 2/2001 which means the 7 year mark will be 2/2008. Now should I even bother paying this off? or should I just wait around unti it falls out of my credit report in 2008? Within the next year, I dont have any plans to take any loans out nor apply for any credit cards. And does this mean my credit score will improve greatly in 2/2008 because this is the only negative thing on my credit report?

Does anyone have a physical mailing address for this company? I can not seem to find one at all.
