The banner for the company just showed up here, and I clicked on it. The company is a payday loan debt settlement company. Has anyone ever been a client of theirs? How are they to work with? Do they have favorable results with the payday loan companies? Do you have to already be in default in order to become a client of theirs, or can they help you not go into default by coming up with a settlement plan for the pdls? Sorry for all the questions - I was shocked to see this debt settlement company for pdls.

I am so angry right now I could spit nails. Last month I received a supeona from a Collection Agency suing me for an unpaid balance for a credit card. I called them and worked out a payment agreement. They sent me a copy of the agreed upon payment agreement. Silly me thinks that the end of the story. Well, today I receive a default judgment letter from the court saying that I failed to appear. I call the collection agency and ask about it and I was told that they do that just in case a client defaults on the payment agreement. I don't think that this is fair.

Hey, Just wanted to check in. I miss you guys so much. My little one has gone thru the test and thank the GOOD LORD!!!! he does not have Hirsprungs disease. There is a problem but it is not life-threatning. I will still be traveling to UVA with him a lot in April. I will be able to start posting some more he goes back to school tomorrow. Hi everyone, I was able to find this info regarding OH PDLs, and I'm hoping someone here can help clarify it for me (it's hard for me to get anyone to answer my questions, and I don't know why. I hope I haven't offended anyone here - if I did, I did not mean to, and I sincerely apologize.

Before i got married i was debt free,shortly after geting married my husband lost his job, during the four months of unemployement i had to support both of us. This is when bills and credit cards piled up.it seemed like evrytime we got a chance to get ahead, something would arise rather it be a medical bill(at the time) or car issues that needed to be fixed. We got more and more into debt,its been almost four years later and were now expecting our first child, we wanted a easy monthly payment, so we can save money and purchase a future home for our family and be debt free.

If MCM has a judgement for $5,000 + 10% interest. What do you think they would take to settle? How should I go about this? Send them a letter and make an offer? Thanks in advance.

I am finding that I have the same debt reported by multiple collection agencies all within a year or so - how do I know which one to pay??? How do I get the others taken off when the debt is paid?? Thanks!
