I am an American Soldier who has accrued a little more the I should be I am trying to get this under control with some help. I was deployed to Iraq and that is what injuried my credit history for the accounts that I had open where to be closed before I left but they did not and now I am still not able to do much like get a personal loan or refinance my vehicle at the moment. I need options that I can use and help me become debt free. I would appreciated it most greatly.

Has anyone had any positive experiences with Orchard Bank? Checking user reviews online leads to pretty mixed results. Just wondering if anyone had anything staggering that was either positive or negative to say about them.

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me. My husband and I got into some trouble with some paydays. I have close the bank account they were taking the money out of. I have over paid on three of them but three of them we did not. Now I have one company calling my husband at work. He is not suppose to have calls at work. He keeps telling the guy at but it doesn't care. He also keeps threating us that they are going to turn us over to our county district court and put criminal charges against us. I know they can not do that.

Do items come off your credit report if you paid the account in full or does it remain on there as a closed account? I have an old electric bill which I intend to pay but it is showing Account charge off , do i just send them a debt validation letter and just pay after they send me the bill or something? Ok..so here's my situation. I have several loans out, and several I've paid off in the past. Based on what I've read on this forum, I'm actually owed money by all of the companies, even with the loans I have outstanding. My question is, with 5 potential debits(apparently illegal or fraudulent)coming up next Thursday(which will of course, hurt me financially) is it realistic that I can have this debits stopped by ACH revokation? Unfortunately, due to my credit, I was unable to get a bank account on my own, I had my step-dad as a co-signor.

Are they even ligit. I got a payday loan from them and don't have any information, but they just keep taking money out of my account.

I have been settling some of my debts and plan on being debt free by the end of the month. However, I want to start doing a pre-settlement letter. I have settled a new of my debts but have not received settlement letters yet (some of them have been two or more months and despite multiple calls they wont send) So I want to send in a fax the letter that I have attached below.

I wanted to pay the full ammount but the have no working telephne numbers.

How do I contact my creditors? I don't have any credit card debt its all in medical and payday loans
