what if you filed a chapter 13 in 2009 and lost your job and cldnt make the monthly pmts anymore and returned the car but need to file a chapter 11 is that possible and if so what i need to do ...thanks !

I just received a phone call from a Don Castellani. He said he was collecting a debt. I told him he had the wrong person. He said he was collecting a debt for some bank. I don't have an account with that bank. (He had the right first name, James, but not the last. I get several calls a month for a "James" I think his last name is Wager or Wagner. He probably had this number before I did.) "Don" said he would record the call. I told him "no" because I still didn't know his motive. He said he had to record the phone call. Again, I told him "no." Then he really pissed me off.

:mad:I found that I had been sued in court for $668.00 and I had not received anything from Pinnacle Credit services. When I called and asked them for information on what kind of dept I owed the person on the other end did not have ANY information on me... What can I do? I've sent letters and am at a loss for what to do next..

Dear all: Like many of you, I have made huge mistakes in the past and I am now drowned by almost a dozen of PDL...I have almost nothing to live on. Fortunately I found this forum and at least it offered me a lifeline.... I live in NJ and I know all pdl I took are illegal, and I followed the steps illustrated by other posters (thanks to Ohiogirl and other posters). I prepared the ACH revocation letters and ready to send them to lenders this weekend (at least until they realize they can no longer take my money).

I know this is a scam. I have heard the thick accents before. Just want to inform anyone who receives a call from PCS (Pasable Credit Services, I think) that they are scammers and not to pay any attention to them. I was called 7 times in about 2 minutes. I answered on the 7th call. Brian Hawkins from PCS, phone number 347-347-1122, was stating that criminal charges were being written against me and my SS#.
