Well I just received a phone call that I never thought I would receive. I had filed a complaint with the Arizona AG and I got a phone call from the Arizona department of Financial Instatutions requesting additional documentation on my complaints with PDL lenders over the internet. I gave them several names and none of course are able to business in Arizona or Licensed. They asked for hard copys of the contracts that were forwarded to me or mailed to me because they want to look into filing in court with a number of them.

I am interested in investigating consolidation on two of my cards, both MBNA, one is personal, one is business. The business card is listed under my LLC with my ss#. I spoke with one company, Debtsynergy, who said it is not possible to get business card debt into a debt management plan. I'm not sure if consolidation is the same thing, and if this is true, but I'd like some input. I realize they are or soon will be Bank of America. My personal has about $50K owed, my business about $25K. I know no one is judgemental here, but we've had a few business ventures go bad. Thanks for the help.

I have a file with these people, however I am unable to pay the amount due which is 300.00 for checks that were written last year. They drafted my account however the funds were no longer there due to other bills being drafted. I set up a payment arrangement, unfortunately I never heard of this isght prior to it, I was unable to pay the arrangement. They gave me another opportunity however I am still unable to pay due to my husband losing his job!. What can I do at this point. Im scared I am going to go to jail. I'm positive that they will not work with me. Please help!!!
