Has anyone gotten any calls from this number? They call me every day on my cell and leave a message for me to call them back. They say its a time sensitive matter. Yesterday when they called, in the middle of this guys line he belched really loud into the phone. He says the company is CCA. How did they get my cell number? OK I made a mistake! They dont call me from this number, this is the number they give me to call them back. When ever they call it shows up as unavailable on my cell phone.

I have approximately $17,000 in credit card debt. I am 23 years old. I am about to graduate from the University of Maryland. I have put some tuition and books on these credit cards. I want a loan of approximately $17,000 with an interest rate of nothing more than 4.99%. If you can't meet my needs, don't bother with the phone call. Thank you for your time.

Settlement letter regarding Citibank account

Here is a settlement letter from Asset Acceptance(Citibank account). I would like to have your opinion to make sure that this settlement is for the full amount.
The letter only contain my account number but not the amount owned $3600.
“Clearance of the agreed fundsâ€Â, they are not mentioning the amount that will be cleared?

Here is a settlement letter from Asset Acceptance(Citibank account). I would like to have your opinion to make sure that this settlement is for the full amount.
The letter only contain my account number but not the amount owned $3600.
Here it is :

Credit Card Debt.

I have been struggling with credit card debt for the last 8 months. I was let go from work and since then have not been able to get another job that will make up the lost of pay I was getting. Now I got the credit cards calling threatening to seek legal action, I have used my family as much as I can but they can no longer assist me without themselves falling behind with their own debts. I'm looking into bankruptcy but before I do that I would like to know what all my options are before I make a for sure choice.

I had surgery in early January. The doctor and the hospital billed my insurance and sent a bill for the remainder. However in a routine check of my credit report I discovered that the radiologist sent me to collections without even sending me a bill or contacting me. In further research of my credit report I see that this radiologist opened my account on 9.18.06 and send me to collections on 12.29.2006.
