Ok I had fun on Sat. morning. I had someone from united pay services call me at 7:30 in the morning. Thank god I had my phone on silence. When I figured out that someone called at that time I was pretty ticked off so I called them back and told them to take my number off their list and any further contact needs to be done in writing because someone called me at 7:30 a.m and that is illegal then they hung up on me. Well that didn't sit very well with me so I called them back again.

Hey I got a call a few weeks ago about a Dell (DFS) account that was charged off on in January. The company that called me was Valentine & Kebartas the gey said that paper were already being filed and that If I set up some payments with him he might be able to stop the legal papers from going to my counts court house. So I did I set up payments with him I made 3 payment of $500.

It was a small collection debt from probably a bad check in 2004 ($31) do you think it will even make a difference in my score? I got the email from Experian today and the negative implication of my report has dropped by one now but the score is the same .Thanks
