I was in a motor vehicle accident and due to the loss of time on the job, I am experiencing loss of pay, therefore, my bills are not getting paid because I need to pay my rent and utilities first.

My parents get calls from places like NCO, MRS, and Valentine & Kebartas However I haven't lived with my parents for over 5 years. They're calling on behalf of numerous credit cards that I owe a lot of money to. When the direct collection calls from the credit card companies started, they were always to me. but now these collection agencies are contacting my parents?!? I had tried a few times to call my credit card companies but always sat on hold for over a half hour and had to give up.

I have a lawsuit from American Family INs.Company for around 35,000.I defaulted on the payment agreement Over a year ago and now am trying to get something set up.They are holding my license,and have been for 4 yrs.The dmv says it will not allow another payment plan as there is no provision in the law for it.The judge says there is nothing she can do,the lawyer for the ins.comp says there is nothing he can do,so i AM ASKING,WHAT CAN i DO?i DO NOT HAVE THE CREDIT TO COME UP WITH 35,000.00 AND YET NOT HAVING MY LICENSE IS SERIOUSLY HURTING ME.So,how can I take control of this debt problem?

Hiya, So I sent a proposed settlement letter to NCO who is handling my Amex account. The day they received it and the day after, the rep called me at home and on my cell phone, and acknowledged they had received the letter and that she needed me to talk to her so she could "document" how I would be taking care of the debt. In my proposal letter I requested all communication be in writing via US mail. Since then I have received NOTHING.
