I have found out that this is a legal practice if they are calling you. I have set up a fax modem on an old computer to record every incoming phone call with a date and time stamp on it. So once the phone starts ringing it is recorded. This is legal due to the message that is at the start of their calls to you. Most of the time it goes something like this. "All calls are monitored or recorded for quality service yadda yadda yadda" So the CA knows that they are being recorded already. You do NOT have to inform them that you are recording the call.

Here is my question/s I need to find out which SOL aplies to me. The accounts (2 of them) in question were opened while I lived in California. I now live in Illinois. Do the SOL from Cali or from IL apply to me?

In Texas can I go to jail for hot checks if I stop paying the Payday loan roll-over payments every two weeks...they ar now more than I make and I have to make a new loan just to keep paying. I am sinking so fast it is frightening. They tell me I will be arrested for hot checks. I had to take out payday loans just to pay the interest. I am single mom with three kids..a decent job but I can no longer pay Payday payments and pay rent food, child care and car payments. Husband is gone and does not offer any child care help!I don want to default but I am at the very end of my rope.

has anyone had any problems with Sprint? I cancelled my service after being a customer for 6 years then they charged me $1000 in early cancellation fees. Any advice on dealing with them?
