My husband and I make over the medium income so we would have to file a chapter 13; however, based upon government figures: we should be able to pay $1000 a month towards the bk! I'd like to know how they figured that out!! So basically we lose everything, have to shut off our cable, sell/eliminate one vehicle plus pay $60,000 over the next five years. So we will end up paying our creditors in full!!

Hi, I have an unsecured personal line that I am now paying 24% interest. This is not a credit card, but a personal credit line from the bank that I do most of my buisness with. I owe around $24,000 on this. I am current with the payments but I can never get ahead of it. I pay over $500 interest each month. I have called the bank to see if there was a way that I could reduce the interest rate and was told the only thing I could do was to apply for a term loan. I did not qualify. What can I do to reduce this, I can barely keep up. Thanks, Darrell

She brought my American Express card to me.I went online to activate it and doubled credit line to 10K at activation. I was also happy to see her and the kids. Been up here in North east Texas for three weeks now with no real end in site yet. Gotta love that neverending job security.

Ok thought this was kind of strange. I was looking up the address for Paragon funding (I have an old paper with the addy on it)for another member. And I also got the address of I-Collect from my state financial person. and guess what....they are the same address. Paragon 10120 So. I have posted a few times on this site and thought I had found the help I needed but contacted one company that said they cannot help me because my PDL's are mostly storefront except for two of them. The other company I called said that they are not sure how they can help me and that they need to check on a few things and get back with me. I thought there was a silver lining here, but it just feels like it's raining on my head again :( My husband and I cannot afford to pay the fees for our PDL's anymore. As of right now, if we are late with the rent one more time, we are evicted.
